The one thing that these soft drinks will do to your teeth is soften up the tooth material, which will, in turn, lead to the dissolution of minerals in the tooth enamel. This will further lead to cavities.

 

7. Tooth Knocked Out? Save It

If your tooth has been recently knocked out, make sure that you hold it back in place. The next step is to visit a dentist immediately. If it isn’t possible, you need to wrap up the tooth in plastic, or you can simply dip it in milk and go to a dentist as soon as possible.

 

8. Protect Your Teeth From Injuries

You should be cautious about your teeth and protect them from any injuries. While playing sports, you should wear a full-face helmet or a mouthguard.

 

9. Go To Your Dentist For Regular Check-ups

If you face any serious dental issues, go visit your dentist. It’s the only way to get them solved.

 

10. Just Chew! Nothing Else

Teeth are for chewing food and not for any other purposes. Don’t use them to crack nuts or remove bottle tops.
